To successfully process and deliver your order within Pakistan, we temporarily collect only the absolute minimum information required for logistics. This includes:

Purpose: This information is collected solely to process your transaction, hand over your package to our courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.), and ensure your purchase reaches your doorstep safely, this information is not stored anywhere to keep your privacy.
2. Zero Data Storage Policy
Unlike other e-commerce platforms, we operate on a strict "No Storage" principle.
Once your order is successfully delivered and the standard return/exchange window is closed, your personal identifying information is systematically purged from our active customer databases.
We only retain basic, anonymized transaction records (such as order value and date) solely to comply with Pakistani taxation and legal accounting requirements.
3. No Selling or Sharing of Data
We respect your personal information. Under no circumstances will Nishimura Japan ever sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal details to any third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or external businesses.
The only external parties that will see your information are the courier services delivering your package and the secure payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, Safepay, or Bank integrations) processing your transaction. They are only provided with the information strictly necessary to perform their specific function.
4. Zero Advertising and Marketing
We will never use your phone number or email address to spam you.
No SMS Marketing: You will not receive promotional text messages from us.
No Email Marketing: You will not receive marketing newsletters or promotional emails.
No Targeted Ads: We do not use your purchase history to track you or target you with digital advertisements.
Any communication you receive from us will be strictly transactional (e.g., an SMS confirming your order dispatch or a call from the rider for delivery).
5. Payment Security
If you choose to pay online, your payment details (such as credit/debit card numbers) are processed securely through our certified banking partners and payment gateways. Nishimura Japan does not have access to, nor do we store, your financial or card information on our servers.
6. Compliance with Pakistani Law
Our privacy practices are designed to be fully compliant with the data protection principles outlined in the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and other applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
